take
the train from inside the airport and get off at "Trastevere"
stop. From there, take the FM3 train - towards "Cesano"
- and get off at "Balduina". The trip lasts about 40 minutes
and costs 5€. Once you get to "Balduina" you can
take the 990 bus on Via Ugo De Carolis for 5 stops. Call the B&B
owner for help or advice. From Termini Railway Station:

Metro A - towards Battistini, get off at the "Cipro - Musei
Vaticani" stop. Nearby you will find the 990 bus stop (in via
A.Doria), which takes you to the B&B. You have to get off at
the last stop in Via della Balduina, corner of Via Massimi. From
the Highway:
Roma Nord (North) exit - Take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (G.R.A.-
Rome's ringroad) and get off at the second getoff of exit 6 (Flaminia
towards the center) - After about 5 km (Via Flaminia - Corso di
Francia) turn at the Via di Vigna Stelluti traffic light, and proceed
to Piazza dei Giochi Delfici - From there, take the Via della Camilluccia,
then Piazza W.Rossi and then Via Igea. At Via Igea'a traffic light
go left and take the Via Trionfale. Turn on the first street you
find on your right (Via A.Duranti), then turn right, (Via Massimi)
and then right again (Via Casale de Bustis) and you will be at the
B&B in Via Luigi Gherzi n.9.
It is a private street, where it is always easy to find parking.
